롤리, NC- 바카라 커뮤니티는 Kane Realty Corporation에 의해 1 억 달러가 넘는 계약을 맺었습니다. Kane Realty Corporation은 최고의 럭셔리 주거용 타워이자 노스 캐롤라이나 롤리에서 가장 높은 주거용 건물 중 하나 인 Walter Tower를 건설했습니다. 

35 층짜리 월터 타워에는 혼합 사용 환경에서 다양한 생활 옵션과 21 개의 펜트 하우스 거주지를 제공하는 376 개의 고급 아파트가 있습니다. 이 호텔은 6 층 수영장 안뜰 및 웰니스 센터, 옥상 안뜰 및 클럽 룸을 포함하여 주민들에게 25,000 평방 피트의 실내 및 야외 편의 시설을 자랑합니다. 

535,000 평방 피트의 노스 힐스 공원 지구에 눈에 띄게 위치한 혼합 사용 타워는 거주자와 방문객들에게 1 층에 6,500 평방 피트의 소매 공간으로 주민과 방문객들을 맞이합니다. 주거용 타워는 I-440에서 가장 높은 건물이며 North Hills Street의 Six Forks Road와 Front의 모퉁이에 있습니다. 

건설이 진행 중이며 바카라 커뮤니티 팀은 최신 기술과 린 건설 방법을 사용하여 Kane Realty Corporation Walter Tower를 Atlanta, GA의 Architect Smallwood와 효율적으로 제공 할 것입니다. 작업은 2022 년에 완료 될 것으로 예상됩니다.
